I believe everyone has a right to be treated for mental health and emotional growth regardless of their accomplishments in life. As a highly functioning person who grew up in a success-driven and career-focused environment,  I experienced within myself and my surroundings, that successful people can experience difficulties just like everyone else. Struggles with work-life balance, stress, being overwhelmed, experiencing burnout, emotional imbalance, trauma, and mental illness are still part of being human regardless of career and individual accomplishments.

I have an understanding of the mind of highly functioning individuals as well as their mental and emotional struggles. When everyone looks up to you and sees you as a role model for success and accomplishment, it is hard to admit and accept that you struggle just like everyone else.
